Anträge sind schriftlich ( in einfacher kopierfähiger Ausfertigung, d. h. ungeheftet, ungebunden, ohne Hülle bzw. Mappe, einseitig bedruckt, gelocht ) und zusätzlich elektronisch ( mit allen Anlagen und möglichst zusammengefasst in einer PDF-Datei ) an folgende Adresse zu senden:
